Moni Kangana Dutta is an Indian model and actress based in Mumbai. She hails from Guwahati, Assam and studied in the Matreyi College, University of Delhi.
She has appeared in Elle, Vogue, and other magazines as well as other fashion shows and brands.She is represented by the IMG, a top international modeling agency which also represents Gisele Bündchen, Julianne Moore and Naomi Campbell.
Dutta also did a small role in the Hindi film Guzaarish.
In late 2010, it was reported that Dutta had become one of the Victoria's Secret Angels, the American lingerie brand's main spokesmodels.In a December 2010 cover story for the Indian edition of FHM titled "Moni Kangana: Victoria's First Indian Angel Or Hoax?", Dutta stated she had been signed to a contract by Victoria's Secret. However, the article stated the company, as well as Dutta's agency IMG Models, did not want the information revealed yet.She is the second model from India to be associated with Victoria's secret, after Ujjwala Raut.
